Honoring the United States Marine Corps and all our American service members. This is a tribute to my Uncle Tom, a Marine Corps veteran of more than twenty years who passed away from cancer while the original song was being recorded. He will always be my hero.

“Semper Fi” is a song written for my Uncle Tom, a 20+ year Marine Corps veteran, who passed away from cancer while we were recording the original version of this song.

This one is deeply personal.

I wanted the music to feel worthy of the man and the legacy he left behind. Getting the AI to capture the right military-style drum feel took quite a bit of work, but eventually it came together in a way that felt right. The result is a classic rock tribute built around pride, honor, sacrifice, and remembrance.

But this song isn’t only about my uncle. It’s also my small way of saying thank you to the Marines and to every man and woman who has served in the U.S. Armed Forces.

You serve with courage, pride, honor, and dignity. You make sacrifices that most of us will never fully understand. For that, you have my deepest respect and gratitude.

To me, Uncle Tom wasn’t just a Marine.

He was a man I admired.
He was my family.
He was my hero.

His uniform is gone, but his legacy remains.
